Obituary of Marylyn Fowler Thomas
Marylyn Fowler Thomas of Winter Haven, Florida passed peacefully on April 24, 2024 surrounded by her husband, daughters, son in law, and four grandchildren. She was born on February 16, 1937 in Brilliant, Alabama to parents Henry and Ola Gaut Fowler, brother William “Bill” Fowler whose legacies she carried throughout her life. Marylyn graduated with her Associates Degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
She loved to crochet and sew, spend time with her family, and attend church. She was truly a woman of God.
Marylyn is survived by her husband of 63 years, Norman Thomas; Daughters, Kim Keath and Lisa Deese (Kevin); Grandchildren, Scott (Kendra), Philip, Carson (Justin), and Mason; Great-grandchildren, Jordan and Braxton.
A viewing will be held April 29, 2024 from 10-11am at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven, Florida.
